Chicken Stir Fry with Rice
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken strips. Cook 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
- Add frozen vegetables to the same pan. Cook 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic (and ginger). Cook 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together.
- Serve immediately over rice.
